Objective

The objective of this initiative is to deliver the citizen centric services at village level by minimizing the need of citizen to visit Taluka / District Centers.  Digital SevaSetu is implemented through e-Gram centre and thus, the services are available in all the Villages of state.

Project Description:

Digital Seva Setu Project envisages integrated and seamless delivery of citizen services at the Village through automation of workflow, backend digitization, integration of multiple applications of different departments and process reengineering of the participating departments and their processes. Digital Seva Setu was launched by Hon’bel Chief Minister on 8th October, 2020.
